Build effective partnerships with employees and managers across the organization to enhance collaboration, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Actively involved with the planning and coordinating of company-wide employee engagement initiatives such as team building, annual dinner & dance, and family day.
Leverage recruitment channels including social media platforms to attract talent, data mining to source, pipeline, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Partner with line managers to conduct interviews and assessments.
Provide day-to-day HR support for employee pre-boarding, onboarding, and off-boarding programs.
