Job description

  • Build effective partnerships with employees and managers across the organization to enhance collaboration, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Actively involved with the planning and coordinating of company-wide employee engagement initiatives such as team building, annual dinner & dance, and family day.
  • Leverage recruitment channels including social media platforms to attract talent, data mining to source, pipeline, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Partner with line managers to conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support for employee pre-boarding, onboarding, and off-boarding programs.
  • Prepare HR letters (appointment contract, confirmation, salary increment, bonus, certification of employment, exit clearance, etc.).
  • Monitor all work pass-related applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business.
  • 3 years of relevant working experience in an HR Business Partnering role.
  • Candidates in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including spoken and written English).
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
  • Strong in data analytics and able to present compelling stories from data-driven insights.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $5,500
