A leading company in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Support personnel who will oversee daily operations, manage HR functions, and provide executive support. This role requires a diploma in a related field and offers opportunities for skilled individuals to excel in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations, including processing delivery orders, client invoicing, and vendor documentation.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems for HR and administrative documents.
Coordinate front desk duties: handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and liaise with couriers and vendors.
Track and update internal administrative databases such as employee contacts, inventory, and vendor lists.
Provide administrative and logistical support for office activities, staff onboarding, and internal events.
Support HR functions including leave administration, attendance tracking, and updating employee records.
Offer executive support to the Director including calendar management, correspondence, and scheduling.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or HR support roles.
Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in the construction sector.
