Assistant Head of Technology (AI/Emerging Technologies)

Responsibilities

• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Identify new technologies related to maintenance that can drive innovation and competitive advantage that leads to business impact.

• Build and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap, ensuring that it reflects current needs while anticipating future trends and innovations of business needs.

• Ensure that all technology systems comply with industry regulations and standards.

• Serve as a key point of contact for technology-related matters, providing regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 8 years of experience in technology leadership, including roles such as Architect, Technology Officer, Head of Engineering, Technical Director, or equivalent.

• Experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models, or other emerging technologies.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to link new technology decisions to company strategy and market opportunities.

• Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with user stories and relevant business cases.

• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio.

• Singaporean Only.
