Overview

Assistant Head of Junior School (Technology & Innovation) – Singapore | Dulwich College (Singapore) | Teaching

We are seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Assistant Head of Junior School (Technology & Innovation) to join our leadership team in August 2026 and help shape the next chapter of our digital journey. As a key member of the Junior School Senior Leadership Team, you will provide visionary and pragmatic leadership that enhances student learning and supports teachers through the intelligent use of technology. You will design and lead initiatives that strengthen teaching and learning and improve staff efficiency. The role also carries responsibility for key operational systems that underpin the smooth running of the Junior School, such as the design of the timetable. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the College and the wider EiM group, you will contribute to strategic developments that have impact beyond the Junior School.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical literacy, a deep understanding of pedagogy and the ability to translate complex systems into practical solutions. The Junior School uses a range of platforms, including iSAMS, SchoolBox, ASC Timetable and Microsoft 365. While experience with these specific systems is not required, you will demonstrate knowledge of similar tools and the ability to quickly acquire new technical understanding and apply it in a dynamic educational environment.

All leaders across the College contribute to our teaching programme, modelling excellence in teaching and maintaining a connection between strategic leadership and the student learning experience. Your teaching will focus on a specialist subject that aligns with your skills and passion.

In your letter of application, please include one paragraph describing a pedagogical initiative you have led and its impact on student learning, and one paragraph outlining a technical solution you have developed that has contributed to staff wellbeing.
