Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, within the Concierge Department, the AGSM – Concierge is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Concierge services, including Porter and Transportation, in accordance with the objectives, performance, and quality standards established by the hotel. The AGSM – Concierge reports to the Chef Concierge.
