Job summary

MOBI is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in Singapore to centrally manage banking relationships and government incentives, while supporting closing, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives with FP&A, Treasury, and Compliance teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in finance or banking operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with grants or MAS-related schemes. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented, cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4–7 years in finance, treasury, banking relationships, or financial operations.
• Experience with Singapore grants, fintech incentives, MAS-related schemes or govt support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Centrally manage and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Coordinate banking documentation, onboarding, KYC requests, reviews, and account maintenance.
• Monitor banking-related operational and financial risks and escalate proactively.
• Support optimisation of banking structures and network efficiencies.
• Track incentives, grants, and government schemes with stakeholders.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes and reporting.
