About The Role
As the Assistant Forecasting & Inventory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. You will:
- Lead efforts to achieve Net Sales targets by collaborating closely with the Retail team and Travel Retail Operator (TRO) to ensure optimal inventory purchasing and stock availability.
- Manage and optimize inventory operations across Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia by leveraging your leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by building strong partnerships with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Business Finance teams to drive operational enhancements and align with strategic objectives.

Singapore Travel Retail (SGTR)
- Develop monthly sell-in phasing and SKU-level demand planning to support SGTR’s Net Sales targets, considering sell-through trends, global service levels, discontinued returns, SEA freight KPIs, and inventory rebalancing.
- Build strong relationships with TRO to ensure stock coverage and maximize New Campaign Sell-In volumes.
- Monitor delivery lead times and coordinate logistics with the local Distribution Center for timely stock delivery.
- Lead the development and submission of SGTR Campaign Forecasts using the Global 4CAST system.
- Oversee campaign order tracking, ensuring all shipments are allocated and fulfilled, collaborating with Retail and Visual Merchandising for seamless execution.
Key Markets – Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia
- Lead Open-To-Buy (OTB) and Purchase Order reviews to ensure stock coverage aligned with sales trends and key events.
- Establish and maintain inventory performance metrics for visibility and assessment of stock levels.
- Implement action plans to close inventory gaps and optimize stock levels.
- Partner with TROs to maintain stock coverage and maximize campaign sell-in.
- Manage campaign-related Purchase Orders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Validate Campaign Forecast flows across markets and coordinate with Global 4CAST system.
- Act as liaison between Global Customer Service and markets for shipment and fulfillment communication.
- Oversee product registration processes with local markets and Global Regulatory team.
- Address logistics challenges by coordinating with the Regional Supply Chain team.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to support business growth.
