Royce Dental Group in Singapore seeks a Finance Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead financial closing for multiple entities and clinics. You will supervise a small accounting team, ensure accurate intercompany balances and asset registers, and manage statutory reporting and GST Compliance.

You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, partner with tax consultants, and contribute to process improvements and SOX-like controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; audit background is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERP systems is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Manage reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, ensuring intercompany balances, bank accounts, and fixed asset registers are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all financial statements and records comply with relevant Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and statutory requirements.
• Oversee GST filings and coordinate with tax consultants to ensure accurate corporate tax reporting and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of the financial account closing process for multiple entities and dental clinic locations
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analytical reviews

Treasury & Operational Finance

• Support treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring and preparation of vendor payments
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure smooth financial workflows and resolve daily accounting discrepancies

Audit, Compliance & Process Improvement

• Manage external audit processes for assigned entities and liaise closely with auditors by providing required documentation, schedules, and analysis
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and automation of manual processes
• Ensure internal controls are adhered to in order to mitigate financial risks and maintain data accuracy
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirement
