Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• AR & AP: Review and approve journals, invoices, payments (GIRO/TT), and claims; monitor aging reports.

• Fixed Assets: Maintain asset records, review transactions for additions, disposals, and adjustments, and oversee asset sighting.

• General Ledger & Reporting: Lead month-end closing, financial reporting, and analysis; ensure accuracy of reports and chart of accounts; support year-end audit.

• Other Duties: Perform bank reconciliations, manage tax submissions (withholding/GST), and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, with 3+ years of experience in full-set accounting.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AS400 JDA system is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, able to work independently with a high level of integrity, and strong problem-solving skills.
