Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards.Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Manage and mentor accounting staff.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent qualified).
  • At least 7 years of accounting experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (Elite 3E).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
