Key Highlights

Salary: $4800 - $5200 per month

Contract Duration: 11 months

Working Location: Nearest to Labrador Park MRT

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, normal office hours

Job Descriptions

Fixed Assets Management

  • Conduct two rounds of asset sightings for approximately 3,000 fixed assets, before and after the OSP handover.
  • Perform reconciliation of fixed asset sightings when discrepancies are identified.
  • Coordinate with division users to implement RFID tagging for all assets.
  • Develop user guides and conduct briefings for the OSP to facilitate the handover process.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to streamline financial operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data accuracy.

General Ledger

  • Process monthly journal entries for General Ledger posting
  • Prepare and maintain audit schedules, following up on outstanding items
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis for end-of-month reporting
  • Submit Department of Statistics returns in compliance with the Statistics Act
  • Establish new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and review existing ones for General Ledger operations
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings

Banking & Settlement

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and settlements across bank accounts
  • Establish and maintain automated matching rules for bank receipts and transactions

Job Requirements
