• Role: AssistantFinance Manager

  • 5 Days, 8:15am - 5:15pm

  • Budget: $5,000 - $8,000 + VB [ 2-3 Months ] + Medical Benefits

  • Office Near Bedok MRT, Singapore

Requirements

1. Accounting Degree or equivalent preferred

2. Qualified CPA

3. Minimum 5 years relevant experience and exposure in the manufacturing industry is preferred

4. Able to travel within Southeast Asia and up to 3 times per year

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full set of Accounts for Singapore and its Vietnam subsidiaries

• Review and analyse product costing reports for manufacturing plants

• Responsible for transfer price and the required documentations between Singapore and other Asia manufacturing plants

• Liaise with auditor & tax agent on subsidiary audit/tax matters and including tax planning to maximise tax savings

• Responsible for GST filing and work with external consultants for MES renewal

• Supervise the Account Payable function to ensure timely payments

• Implement improvements/enhancements in ERP systems to increase work efficiencies
