Job description

Location: Bukit Timah
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Salary: Up to $9,000/month
Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Support all AR and GL functions, financial reporting, and project coordination
Collaborate with budget holders on monthly and year-end closings
Manage full year-end audit process with external auditors
Conduct variance and trend analysis, compile financial data and market research
Prepare reports for senior leadership, board meetings, and parent townhalls
Develop and implement digital finance/procurement templates and processes
Oversee full AR operations, including invoicing, payments, and refunds
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies
Drive change management initiatives, including IT-related finance projects
Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and charity laws

Requirement

• Min Degree
• Strong background in finance/accounting with relevant qualifications
• Solid experience in GL & AR functions, audits, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations
• Proactive, organized, and able to engage effectively with stakeholders
