Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd invites an experienced Accounts Payable leader to oversee a full AP operation within a reputable private education institution in Singapore. You will supervise an AP Executive and an outsourced service provider, ensuring accurate processing, timely closing, and strong internal controls.

The role requires a degree in accounting with 5–7 years' AP or finance experience, plus proficiency in Excel and Navision or an equivalent ERP system.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5–7 years of Accounts Payable or finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with Navision or a similar ERP accounting system.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under tight reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor setup, withholding tax, commissions and month-end/year-end closing.
• Supervise and guide the AP Executive and outsourced service provider to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Prepare cash flow projections, AP reports, expense variance analysis, audit schedules and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, EduTrust requirements and external audit requirements.
• Partner with internal departments, vendors and the General Ledger team to resolve operational issues and improve AP processes.
