Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the consolidated financial functions of the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and liaising with auditors. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in accounting and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in group consolidation and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Audit experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in group consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing group consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

Job description

• Responsible for the consolidated function of the group, including preparation of group consolidation, perform consolidated adjustment entries. Etc
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the group's consolidated financial statement and statutory financial reports.
• Responsible in reviewing of accounting, month-end closing and reporting
• Responsible in preparing monthly group management reports and financial analysis
• Responsible in reviewing of text, computation and GST filing
• Responsible in annual budgeting process and liaising with the business units on the variance analysis of revenue and expenditure
• Assist In any other finance and accounting, related functions and reporting requirements
• Liases with external auditors and professional advisers on related matters
• Responsible in liaising with auditors, tax agents, company, secretary, etc
• Assist any other adhoc duties, which may be assign from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in accounting or related discipline
• Minimum, 6 to 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience. With audit experience is highly preferred
• Experience in group consolidation and financial reporting
• Knowledge of local tax / statutory requirements
