Job description

Position: Assistant Finance Manager (1-Year Contract)
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with corporate secretarial matters.

• Compute corporate income tax and deferred tax for the Group and its related entities.

• Prepare SGX announcements, compliance checklists, annual reports, and circulars.

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Liaise with external and internal auditors, as well as tax consultants.

• Handle financial consolidation for management reporting, including reviewing financial statements of overseas subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Financial Controller and Chief Finance Officer.
