Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in finance/ accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore's financial regulations, taxation and reporting standards.
  • Experience in reviewing legal documents, including NDAs, company project contracts, and financial agreements
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Globe 3 or other ERP systems) and MS Excel
  • Good working attitude, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take initiative in improving financial processes
  • Excellent personality with strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team environments, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Experience in handling banking financial facilities (e.g. loans, trade finance, credit lines) is an added advantage
  • Experience working in a project-based company, particularly in industries such as energy, infrastructure, or construction is highly preferred
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
