Job description

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be managing full-set accounts and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Its APAC HQ is based in Singapore, from which it manages a dynamic and diverse region that includes emerging markets with strong growth potential.

Description
  • Manage full set of accounts for Singapore and regional markets
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet), ensuring accuracy, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and minimizing long-outstanding balances (e.g., accrued revenue, AR)
  • Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate CO-PA reporting
  • Resolve intercompany accounting issues
  • Oversee GST and corporate tax submissions and compliance
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Manage annual audits in coordination with external auditors
  • Support monthly sales reviews, performance analysis, and forecast updates
  • Enhance internal controls and processes for compliance and efficiency
  • Provide business advisory on credit risks, tax exposure, FX risk, and cross-border remittances
  • Monitor and optimize accounts receivable collections and cash flow
  • Participate in SAP and process improvement projects
  • Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects as needed
Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Experience with SAP ERP
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and tech-savvy with a drive for process improvement
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and regions
