Job summary

A financial management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced financial manager to oversee financial reporting and tax compliance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or Finance and has 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and proactive management skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities include coordinating annual budgets, liaising with auditors, and managing cash flow.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP implementation would be an added advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial statements for relevant entities, including support for group consolidation reporting;
  • Manage daily operations and cash flow for the relevant entities;
  • Coordinate with various departments to prepare annual budget and financial forecasts;
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure prompt and timely completion of audits;
  • Manage tax compliance for entities under care, covering corporate tax, GST, withholding tax and transfer pricing documentation, and participate in and coordinate initiatives such as CbCR and Pillar 2;
  • Liaise with banks to manage banking operations, account administration and related matters;
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Experience with ERP implementation would be an added advantage
  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Proactive team player with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
