This is a 1-year contract position

• Prepare financial consolidation for management reporting, including reviewing of financial statements of overseas subsidiaries, JVs and associates.

• Prepare all SGX results announcements, compliance checklist, annual reports and circulars.

• Prepare corporate income tax and defer tax computation for the Group and related companies.

• Arrange and assist on corporate secretarial matters.

• Liaise with external and internal auditors, as well as tax agents.

• Conduct annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.

• Any other jobs or duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller and Chief Finance Officer from time to time
