As a Guru, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all accounting and finance operations, including month-end closing and regulatory reporting, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insights to aid strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Ensuring adherence to regulations and internal controls, protecting assets and maintaining transparency.
• Developing financial models and contributing to strategic planning efforts to guide the organization towards its objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects.
• Supporting both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Preparing tax computations and filings, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
