About the job Assistant Finance Analyst Manager

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Assistant Vice President, Finance in overseeing the financial management reporting of the SEA & I group companies.

  • Prepare and consolidate Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial insights
  • Assist the Assistant Vice President with the following:
  • Collate Group companies' monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review.
  • Quarterly forecasting process for group companies
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial data
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Assistant Vice President, Finance

General Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • At least 3-4 years in financial accounting with experience in financial analysis
  • Experience with region handling.
  • Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to interact with region teams and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and inter-dependently
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
