Job summary
A Singapore-based integration firm is seeking an individual to manage interco billing, staff claims computations, and accounts payable reconciliation. The ideal candidate should possess at least 'O' Level education and a minimum of one year of working experience. Proficiency in computer software applications and fluent English communication are essential for this role.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Collate information relating to interco billing.
- Handle staff claims computation and non-trade posting.
- Update and reconcile supplier’s statement of accounts.
Skills
Knowledge of computer software application

Education
Responsibilities:
- Collation of information relating to interco billing.
- Handle staff claims computation and non-trade posting.
- Labour cost entry and posting.
- Process data entry of supplier invoice in a timely manner.
- Update and reconcile supplier’s statement of accounts.
- Update of foreign exchange rates in the accounting system.
- Monthly Interco reconciliation for AP.
- Maintenance and filing of AP documents.
Any other duties assigned by Superior
