Roles and Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to provide support, troubleshoot, and maintain software in the field.
• Assist with commissioning and decommissioning of CCTV and software systems.
• Generate service reports post-service, support services, and projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), IT, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
