The Job:

1. Manage and oversee faculty development initiatives
2. Track and monitor the faculty’s performance
3. Manage and oversee tenure-track and tenured faculty recruitment initiatives and activities
4. Responsible for planning, initiating and outreach to identify potential candidates for the faculty’s position
5. Manage and oversee non-tenure track structured faculty appointments and re-appointments
6. Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of faculty appointment and re-appointment
7. Manage and oversee the annual faculty performance appraisal exercise
8. Coordinate and oversee the annual faculty performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to institutional policies and procedures
9. Coordinate and oversee the entire faculty promotion and tenure process, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures

The Requirements:

• Min Degree holder with min 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills
