What you'll be doing?

Lead daily operations: Manage the efficient maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring all facilities and M&E systems function effectively.

Team management: Oversee and guide a team of Assistant Facility Managers, Engineers, and Technical personnel to ensure smooth operations and maintenance.

Implement maintenance programs: Plan and execute preventive maintenance initiatives to prolong the lifespan of building systems and assets.

Resource optimization: Oversee and optimize the use of resources, utilities, and services to achieve cost savings and sustainability targets.

Stakeholder communication: Liaise with building owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and queries promptly.

Compliance and safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe work environment.

Performance monitoring: Track maintenance works, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with performance frameworks.

Budget management: Maintain accurate records and manage budgets for assigned properties effectively.

Who are they looking for?

Experienced professional: Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management, preferably in the commercial and/or ministry sectors.

Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of M&E facilities maintenance, building systems, and regulatory requirements is essential for success in this role.
