Job summary
A leading company in facilities management is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations and ensure compliance with ISO standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, and maintaining high service quality. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in a related field.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Facility Management or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering.

Job Descriptions
- Plan, supervise and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.
- Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with the consultants and client.
- Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
- Conduct inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
- Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client’s premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.
- Familiarise and able to do quotation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent.
