A leading Integrated Facilities Management company in Singapore is seeking a Facility Manager to lead operations of commercial properties. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical know-how of M&E systems, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in facilities management and a diploma or degree in a related field.

Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and functionality of assigned properties, ensuring optimal performance of all M&E systems.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Facility Managers, Engineers, and technical staff to deliver high service standards.
Preventive Maintenance: Plan and implement scheduled maintenance programs to enhance the longevity and reliability of building assets.
Resource & Utility Management: Drive cost-effective operations by optimizing usage of utilities, services, and manpower to meet sustainability targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for building owners, tenants, and stakeholders—resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Uphold workplace safety, environmental, and health standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, service levels, and maintenance outcomes; generate reports to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
Budget Oversight: Manage operating budgets effectively while maintaining accurate records of expenditures and service contracts.
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in facilities or property management—experience with commercial or government properties is an advantage.
Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of M&E systems, building maintenance, and compliance requirements.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead contractors, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical & Problem Solving: Strong judgment and decision-making skills, especially in resolving technical and operational challenges.
Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Digitally Proficient: Comfortable using FM software and systems to streamline operations and reporting.
Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
