Une entreprise dynamique à Singapour recherche un Assistant Facilities Manager pour superviser la gestion des installations et assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité. Le candidat idéal aura entre 2 et 4 ans d'expérience, avec une forte connaissance des réglementations et un diplôme pertinent. Ce rôle nécessite un leader proactif capable de gérer des relations avec des prestataires externes et de veiller à l'entretien de tous les systèmes d'immeubles.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
· Assist in the implementation of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.
Assist in Plan, conduct, supervise and carry out inspections and follow up on replacement and/or rectification works
Review and manage all facilities preventative and predictive maintenance programs and make recommendations for improvements (workflow, program or SOP)
· Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and adherence to contractual agreements.
Providing monthly updates on all matters regarding the maintenance & management of the Property and any changes of regulations
Assist in apply for all necessary government licenses, certificates or approvals including statutory inspection certificates in respect of lifts, firefighting equipment’s, pumps, generators etc.
Work with Facilities executive on to ensure housekeeping, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance works are carried out in compliance with the WSH standard with the appointed contractors
Assist in conducting fire drill exercise & ensure the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) are complied with.
Assist in Implement a WSH management system to ensure workplace adherence to WSH policies, procedures, and regulations when contractors are carrying out work.
REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of relevant working experience as Assistant Facilities manager
Strong knowledge on building Control Act, Fire Safety Act, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, Green Facilities Management.
Good knowledge of HVAC systems and Electrical systems, Fire Alarms, PA, CCTV, Plumbing and other facility-related systems.
Setting up of facilities management system (for overseeing of the maintenance of all the property)
Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related discipline from a recognised tertiary institute
Familiar with BMSMA
A Resources team player and leader with a lot of initiatives
