Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of building facilities including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

• Supervise and coordinate in-house technicians and external contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify defects, inefficiencies, or safety hazards, and follow up on rectifications.

• Respond to facility-related emergencies and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS), energy usage, and ensure optimal performance of all critical systems.

• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records, asset inventories, and compliance reports.

• Support facility upgrade projects, renovations, and fit-out works, including coordination and site supervision.

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

• Assist in budgeting, procurement of spares, and managing service contracts for facility systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.

• Familiar with M&E systems, BMS, and building statutory requirements.

• Hands-on and able to lead a team of technicians.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
