Job description

Job Scope

  • Processing of policy documents ensuring accuracy of document and meeting turnaround time.
  • Processing includes new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and miscellaneous items in accordance to established guidelines. This is for both Motor individual policies as well as fleet policies.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of coverages.
  • Develop knowledge in underwriting and processing of both individual and fleet accounts.
  • Assist in generating and sending renewal notices as and when required.
  • Ensure proper file records of policy documentation is maintained at all times.
  • Work closely with external and internal stakeholders such as other insurers (for NCD and claims data), Finance, Claims, Underwriting/Marketing to support business strategies.
  • Participate in project management on new initiatives and system change for alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Be actively involved in project management, eg UAT, System and Resource Integration when needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by HOD/Competent Authority.
