A leading community organization is looking for an HR Administrative Support to handle data entry, candidate screening, and assist in recruitment efforts. This entry-level role requires good communication skills and offers an opportunity for growth within the HR team. The successful candidate will contribute towards maintaining data integrity and support various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform large volumes of data entry, maintaining and updating employee documentations and records in the system / internal databases
Perform data verification and validation ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Assist the team in screening and shortlisting candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs and walk-in interviews
Support the various HR-related projects and initiatives
Obtain required information via different channels and consolidating them
Other job duties assigned from time to time
Job Holder Requirements:
Candidate should preferably, possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
Must possess good communication skills
Experience in gathering data and administration
Preferably Entry Level or specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
