Job description

The role is responsible for the full spectrum of employee life cycle, assisting in day-to-day HR operations and providing support in the various HR and Admin functions.

Job Description

1) Manage the full spectrum of employee life cycle, beginning with recruitment and ending with employee separation.

  • Responsible for the recruitment process which includes - Job posting, Candidates shortlisting, Interview and selection, Salary proposal, Job offer to candidate, Onboarding (include collection of documents from new hire)
  • Create new hire P file with the relevant documents
  • Administer work pass applications for new hire, renewal and separation
  • Review and suggest processes on new hire reference check, background check, interview evaluation, checklist
  • Administer employee confirmation process
  • Handle all HR related administrative tasks relating to employment movement which include transfer, redesignation, promotion, re- employment and employee separation.
  • Assist in the preparation of all HR related letters.

2) Support employee engagement and wellbeing

  • Assist in designing and administering employee engagement pulse surveys.
  • Support the execution of programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Help identify opportunities for work-life balance that offer employees greater work flexibility.
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure HR policies and programs support initiatives aligned with HR and business priorities.
  • Collate and analyze employee feedback and suggestions on company’s wellness initiatives.

3) Support learning programs logistics and delivery

  • Liaise with internal trainers and/or external vendors for scheduling and conducting courses
  • Liaise with internal and external trainers on resources and logistical arrangements

4) Provide support in other HR and Admin functions

  • Participate in HR Project work as team member and proactively support the team with data to anticipate future HR practices, trends and issues in an effort to make meaningful improvements.
  • Support regulatory reporting and audit compliance.
  • Handle employee relations and act in an advisory capacity to stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate and support HR initiatives and projects including searches on HR matters.
  • Support in general office administration duties
  • Assist in updating and collating HR monthly Report and Company Organization Chart
  • Support talent management operations/administration
  • Prepare internal and statutory employment-related surveys and reports (non-monetary on employee movement)

5) Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Experience & Qualification

  • min 2 years experience in HR function (Talent Acquisition) and NITEC in Information Technology; or
  • Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with minimum relevant 1 year of HR Experience (Talent Acquisition)

Pre-requisites

  • Conversant with Singapore legislation e.g. Employment Act, etc.
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Know MS Excel and Word
  • Must be meticulous
  • Must have the “Can do!” attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Team player
