Job description

Under the Sanitation and Compliance Division (SCD), you will work in partnership with line departments, external stakeholders and vendors to plan and manage surveillance technology and deployment to ensure effective and efficient implementation of ground operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform investigations work
  • Conduct field surveillance and enforcement operations
  • Attend to related feedback & enquiries
  • Follow up on administrative tasks arising from investigations
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in field enforcement operations and surveillance
  • Experience in investigation work will be an advantage
  • Keen interest in environmental public health
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, resourceful and willing to work outside office hours
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge in the application of data/video analytics and/or machine learning will be advantageous
  • Able to work beyond office hours - nights and on weekends/public holidays when required
