The Office of Campus Housing (OCH) aims to create the best-in-class campus environment for learning, working, and living at NTU. OCH's mission is to provide an optimal on-campus living environment for students and faculty to excel in various activities, including learning, research, and teaching. It manages student and faculty housing, sports and recreational facilities, and related services.

We are seeking individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service to residents of the University’s faculty housing.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow in customer relationship management and facilities & contracts management within the department.

Applicants with more than 1 year of relevant experience in residential management/services, customer service, or facilities/property management are encouraged to apply. Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services is advantageous.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Coordinating, scheduling, and conducting regular inspections of faculty housing units and communal areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
2. Monitoring unit turnover, identifying defects, and coordinating rectification works to prepare units for new residents.
3. Managing and resolving residents’ requests, feedback, or complaints through various platforms, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions in line with SLA.
4. Preparing work requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance and improvement works, ensuring quality and timeliness.
5. Planning and preparing resident advisories for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and overseeing repairs, cleaning, and refurbishment projects.
6. Adhering to preventive maintenance schedules and taking corrective actions as needed.
7. Overseeing vendor service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
8. Formulating specifications for procurement, evaluating quotations or tenders, and recommending awards according to procurement guidelines.
9. Managing the Faculty Housing key system, including monthly audits for accurate record-keeping.
10. Maintaining communication materials and templates to improve communication with residents.
11. Conducting inventory audits and managing disposal of obsolete assets in accordance with policies.
12. Updating and maintaining records and documentation to support administrative and operational needs.
