What the role is:
You will be working in the Memorial Facilities and Planning Division within the Public Health Services and Capabilities Group and assist the section to provide after-death care services at the government cemetery and crematorium office.
What you will be working on:
Your job responsibilities include:
- Process applications for exhumation permits and government claims related to exhumation.
- Carry out preparatory works, such as ground surveys, document verification, plotting layout plans, and updating burial records of affected graves prior to physical exhumation.
- Conduct site inspections at cemetery and columbarium grounds.
- Participate in operational activities like Qing Ming operations, 7th month, and other festival-related activities at the CCK Cemetery complex.
- Attend to public feedback and enquiries, including handling difficult customers and making recommendations for challenging cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills, and be mature, independent, responsible, and resourceful.
- Have physical stamina to carry out field work daily and withstand weather conditions.
- Able and willing to work after office hours, on weekends, and public holidays, and in after-death environments.
- Independent, self-driven, and always striving for improvement.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
