Job Description

1) Car Parking Management

  • Coordinate with car park users, tenants on all parking matters and handle all enquires on car park related matters.
  • Manage the sales, renewal, termination, and programming of season parking permit.
  • Daily settlement report checks for hourly parking (NETS & LTA) and monthly reconciliation on NETS and LTA settlement vs actual bank statement receipts.
  • Liaise with carpark system vendor, NETS and LTA on all operation matters.
  • Prepare and submit periodic management reports on car park usage, revenue, and operational issues.
  • Keep stock of car park stationery to replenish if required.

2) Building Operations

  • Oversee and manage term contracts such as general cleaning, façade cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste disposal, recycling and car park system, etc.
  • Coordinate and follow up on rectification work with contractors.
  • Draft specification for procurement of services.
  • Prepare and issue Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for repair or replacement works, recommendations of award and supervision of completed works.
  • Monitor performance of service providers and ensure compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements (SLA).

3) Other Operation Support

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with workplace health and environmental policies.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation related to operations, safety and compliance to support audits and internal reviews.
  • Prepare and update As-Built drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Provide support to the Department in the areas of Fire Evacuation Exercises, Events, Upgrading works, etc.

4) Any other duties and responsibilities that are assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Estate Management, or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates with a degree in the above related fields are also welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and SharePoint and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Pleasant personality and customer service oriented.
  • Well-organized with solid administrative abilities.
  • Prior experience in car park management will be advantageous
