Assist in the planning and execution of events by coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, overseeing event setup, and supporting post-event activities to ensure smooth and successful event operations.
Key Responsibilities
Logistical Support:
Assisting with venue selection, layout, and setup.
Managing event timelines and schedules.
Coordinating with vendors (catering, AV, decorations, etc.).
Ensuring smooth event flow and addressing any issues that arise.
Assisting with event decorations and setup.
Administrative Support:
Maintaining event records, including attendee lists and contracts.
Managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
Handling event-related correspondence and communication.
Assisting with event promotion and marketing materials.
On-Site Coordination:
Assisting with event setup and teardown.
Providing on-site support to event attendees and staff.
Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event.
Ensuring the event runs smoothly and on time.
Post-Event Tasks:
Gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
Assisting with post-event analysis and reporting.
Following up with vendors and clients.
Other Duties:
Assisting with event planning and conceptualization.
Researching event venues and vendors.
Ordering event supplies and materials.
Event registration and ticketing.
