Job description

Key Information:

  • Event Company, Corporate Events (B2B)

  • Mon – Fri (office hours events)

  • Candidates with 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for a Manager role.

  • Singaporean Only

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for different event management needs.

  • Participate in external and internal project management activities.

  • Prepare event proposals to potential clients.

  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, venues and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely information are disseminate to all relevant parties of the project.

  • Coordinate and manage venues, suppliers and event management process.

  • Effectively manage onsite production crew, suppliers and temporary staff.

  • Conduct pre and post event evaluations and reports.

  • Provide effective support and mentorship to the team.

  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the event industry or related experience

  • Experience in events management and operations

  • Strong client relations skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

  • Excellent communication skills
