Job Summary:
Assist Dormitory Management during incidents and events.
Attend to enquiries from clients and employers during office hours.
Interact with residents to obtain feedback on living conditions and other issues affecting their stay in the dormitory (e.g. noise pollution, cleanliness in common areas, etc.)
Report to the Estate Manager and support him for the entire dormitory operations.
Job Description:
Lead a team of resident service executives, security officers, maintenance officers, and cleaning crew members.
Conduct random unit inspections to ensure that no prohibited items are brought into the dormitory premises and only authorized residents are allowed into the dormitory.
Assist in maintaining and updating the dormitory system.
Ensure that residents adhere to dormitory rules and take appropriate action against offending workers.
Assist in isolation/sick bay cases and follow up with team members.
Organize the dormitory’s fire safety drills and emergency exercises.
Assist in activities (e.g. flea markets, variety shows, sports activities).
Perform any other duties as directed by Dormitory Management.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility/estate management.
Strong interest in the dormitory management industry.
Ability to multi-task and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Able to start work immediately will be advantageous.
