Key responsibilities

  1. Manage maintenance-related sections carrying out technical fleet management, fuel management and dispensing, inventory/material requirement planning and management, warehousing, receipt and invoice payments for maintenance of Airport GSE/Specialty Vehicle Fleets.
  2. Achieve accuracy of fleet configuration records and effective work scheduling, fleet management cost analysis, inventory item availability, demand fill rates, as well as timely invoice verification.
  3. Proper accounting for inventory material and spares in technical stores (equipped with Automated Store Retrieval System).
  4. Executive in charge of Computerised maintenance and supply management system (IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management System).
  5. Manage system for equipment monitoring licenses/permits/inspections renewals to meet regulatory requirements.
  6. Manage fuel station team (diesel and petrol), including accounting, inventory, customer accounts and billing, as well as fuel facility infrastructure upkeep.

Key requirements

  1. Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain or other relevant fields with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on industrial equipment fleets.
  2. Knowledge of Inventory (Technical material) provisioning methodologies, material data/cataloguing, warehousing, and/or goods inspection/verification.
  3. Knowledge of IBM Maximo (or equivalent) system advantageous.
  4. Team-player able to work independently with good problem solving, interpersonal, analytical and writing skills.
  5. Able to work on occasional weekend days, or weekday (non-office hours) if required.
  6. Class 3 Driving License required.
