Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated operator to run semiconductor tools for wafer processing and inspection, in a controlled cleanroom setting. You will monitor tool status, perform basic fault recovery, and coordinate tool usage to ensure smooth production flows.

The role offers a 12-month contract with performance-based convertible opportunity, located near Kent Ridge MRT. Working shift is 9am-9pm on a 4334 cycle, with training and strict EHS compliance provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment operation and basic troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Exposure to assembly, build, testing, or preventive maintenance is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor tools for wafer processing, measurement, and inspection.
• Monitor tool/process status and perform basic fault recovery.
• Execute process flows and coordinate tool usage; collect operational data.
• Handle and transport wafer lots within cleanroom environments.
• Support improvements, chemical handling (supervised), and strict EHS compliance.
