• Préparer la documentation du projet, y compris les déclarations de méthode et les procédures de travail.

Focus: Project Site Coordination (LTA/SMRT)

Job Summary: Project coordination with LTA, SMRT, and subcontractors, in charge of site schedules, documentation, and review meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with LTA, SMRT, and sub-contractors on project execution activities.
• Manage site installation schedules and supervise site subcontractors.
• Monitor and track on-site activities and work progress.
• Prepare project documentation (e.g. method statements, MSRA, schedules, work procedures).
• Attend interface and coordination meetings with internal project managers on work schedules and resources.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• No experience required – training provided!
• Some experience in LTA/SMRT or public transport infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, independent, and a team player.
• Confident in liaising with stakeholders and managing on-site activities.
