Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and machinery operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk management.
- Proven experience in conducting safety audits and investigating incidents.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (including day and night shifts).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation.
- Prior experience working in manufacturing environments is preferred.
