Job description

  • 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am (rotate, shift arranged will be shared during the interview)

Responsibilites:

  • Coordinated with certified operators to ensure proper staffing and task execution.
  • Verified material receipt, updated inventory, and work orders in the ERP system.
  • Ensured production followed standardized procedures and controlled conditions.
  • Set up machinery according to specified parameters and guidelines.
  • Monitored operator compliance with instructions and procedures.
  • Provided technical support and resolved daily operational issues.
  • Issued Delivery Orders for subcontractor parts.
  • Reviewed and approved operators’ output records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintained a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Made quality-related decisions and suspended production when necessary.
  • Reported quality and production issues to management.
  • Investigated defects and production problems during shifts.
  • Coordinated quality audits and resolved findings promptly.
  • Enforced EHS policies and promoted safety awareness.
  • Identified risks, implemented safety measures, and investigated incidents

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and machinery operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk management.
  • Proven experience in conducting safety audits and investigating incidents.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (including day and night shifts).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing environments is preferred.
