The Role:
- Oversee planning, execution, and supervision of facilities management and operations
- Lead and manage term contractors, technical officers, and technicians in maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure engineering requirements are met effectively
- Monitor and control project costs while maintaining service quality standards
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational procedures
- Provide technical solutions and support for site operations
- Maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in all engineering tasks
- Support project site manager in daily operations and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
What Are We Looking For?
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or similar field
- Strong leadership and ability to manage operations independently
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Capable of handling multiple assignments with ownership
- Familiarity with engineering documentation and project coordination
- Able to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
