The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in facilities management. Job description

The Role:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and supervision of facilities management and operations
  • Lead and manage term contractors, technical officers, and technicians in maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure engineering requirements are met effectively
  • Monitor and control project costs while maintaining service quality standards
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with operational procedures
  • Provide technical solutions and support for site operations
  • Maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in all engineering tasks
  • Support project site manager in daily operations and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

What Are We Looking For?

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or similar field
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage operations independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
