SBS Transit Limited is seeking a diligent Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the Downtown Line traction power network. You will oversee HV, LV, and DC systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and availability of MRT power infrastructure.

The role requires a Polytechnic Diploma in electrical engineering or related field, the ability to work 3 rotating shifts, and a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and records management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a maintenance team in operation and maintenance of DTL HV, LV and DC traction power equipment.
• Maintain the power and electrical systems for the Downtown Line traction network.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and implementing projects/maintenance works.
• Lead a maintenance team to perform corrective and preventive maintenance per work instructions.
• Maintain and update work records.
• Undertake tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Enforce departmental work instructions and rail safety rules.
• Ensure safety of departmental staff and contractors on Electrical Power distribution system at MRT premises.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team in the operation and maintenance of DTL HV, LV and DC traction power equipment to meet safety, reliability and availability criteria for the MRT system to operate

• Maintain the power and electrical systems for the Downtown Line HV, LV and DC traction power network

• Assist in planning, scheduling and implementing projects/maintenance works

• To lead a maintenance team to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance to the work instruction and procedures

• Responsible in maintaining and update work records

• Undertake tasks and projects as assigned by the superior

• To enforce Departmental Work Instructions and all rail related safety rules and procedures

• Responsible for the safety of departmental staff, related contractors and others working on the Electrical Power distribution system in the MRT premises

Requirements

• Possess a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Clean Energy / Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts

• Able to work on public holiday and weekends

• Good interpersonal skill

• Resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented

• Ability to identify colours
