A leading company in the technology sector seeks a qualified individual for engineering design and maintenance of Facilities Systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing contractors, and providing technical support to customers. Candidates should have a diploma in engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in operational management, with strong leadership qualities.
Job Description
Responsible for engineering design and sustaining, 24x7 operational health, maintenance and troubleshooting for all Facilities Systems.
Provide technical/ facilities support to customers.
Monitor term contractors in carrying out regular servicing.
Troubleshoot processes and carry out on-site support.
Perform repair jobs on malfunctioning equipment, systems, and facilities.
Adhere to ISO procedures and standards.
Provide coaching to train the team for shutdown exercise.
Must be able to travel at short notice.
Data Centre is an advantage.
Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical services.
At least 3 years of managing operations matters.
Good leadership & Supervisory skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and word.
Class 3 Driving License preferred.
Candidates with short notice period preferred.
