Location : Bukit Merah

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 15 - 21 Days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Manufacturer of Electronic Power Supplies & Converters

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support to end-users, customers, and distributors.
• Manage and coordinate the resolution of customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issues.
• Coordinate failure analysis on defective units returned from the field.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical communication between internal teams and external clients.
• Collaborate with the head office technical department to conduct product acceptance tests.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, no experience welcome too!
• Preferably with knowledge on Power Supply, components and related technology
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
