• Assist on A&A, enhancement, and upgrading works.
• Monitor and maintain required standards for clients and internally.
• Assist on claim preparation to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on a regular basis to perform the assigned tasks
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to installed security systems, ELV, and controls & instrumentation systems and the related peripheral devices
• Attend urgent fault calls, troubleshoot, follow-up and resolve the issue
• Assist on the A&A, enhancement, and upgrading works related to the existing deployed system
• Monitor and maintain the minimum required to both clients and internally on a regular basis
• Assist on the claim preparation to clients
