Job Description

Job Purpose: Manage a team responsible for daily maintenance and project work on NSEW Supervisory Control System, NSEW/BP Power SCADA, and Emergency Traction Tripping System across stations, substations, depots, and OCC, ensuring system reliability, availability, and safety.

Goals: Achieve System maintenance KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team in testing, maintenance, and recovery of SCS/PSCADA equipment, including OCC servers, display systems, workstations, network equipment, RTUs, PLCs, Passenger Service Centre HMI, and emergency controls, to meet KPIs.
  • Oversee administration tasks such as planning monthly work schedules, updating team on notices, safety topics, and conducting meetings.
  • Coordinate corrective maintenance, safety inspections, and projects with EMM.
  • Maintain documentation, monitor inventory, ensure safety compliance, and conduct training.
  • Perform system backup, preventive and corrective maintenance, and manage work orders.
  • Ensure safety and compliance during system maintenance and inspections.
  • Coordinate with external parties, review technical data, and propose improvements.
  • Respond to emergency recalls and perform night/shift duties as required.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Diploma in Control and Engineering or Higher Nitec in Engineering with at least 1 year of railway-related experience.
